The practice is led by Gianmaria Givanni, whose career began at RSHP and Ian Simpson Architects, where design standards were rigorous and ambition operated at a civic scale. That background continues to define the work of the practice.

Early experience in structural engineering and fabrication established the foundation — an understanding of how buildings are put together, how systems perform, and how decisions made early carry through to the finished work.

Over the course of his career, Gianmaria Givanni has worked with Berkeley Group, Canary Wharf Group, Qatari Diar, Quintain, Stanhope and the Greater London Authority, on projects where commercial demands are high and design quality cannot slip.

A key part of the practice operates in an Estate Architect capacity — long-term, embedded oversight across complex, multi-phase developments.
